Will I be in control during sessions?

Client's are able to take more control over their own minds. No suggestions are given by the therapist. All healing comes from fully within the client.
Can anyone be hypnotized?

And just like waking and sleeping states, the mind naturally goes into and out of the hypnotic state on a daily basis. That "twilight" state, when you're drifting off to sleep and you're not quite there, yet you aren't fully awake either-- that's a hypnotic state.
